A software malfunction caused some transactions to be charged a $100 fee for a cash withdrawal between February 21st and February 22nd 2022. If you were affected we are truly sorry for the error and the challenges that it may have caused; we are here to help!

PAI has identified all of the impacted transactions and is pro-actively processing credits for the $100 fee to your account.
